Where are sak.sak products made?

Our products are proudly made in South Africa, in the heart of the Helderberg.
Local manufacturing is at the core of who we are and allows us to support our
community while maintaining high quality standards.

What are the washing instructions?

  • Wash on a short, cold cycle only
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry out of direct sunlight

    Our fabric is Cotton Capri, a dyed fabric. Over time and with washing, the colour may
    naturally soften and lighten — this is part of the fabric’s character.

What is your exchange and refund policy?

We oƯer a 14-day exchange or refund policy from date of purchase.

All items are subject to inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location and selected courier
option.

What is the inner lining of the kant.sak made of?

The kant.sak is lined with umbrella fabric, chosen for its durability and water-resistant
properties.

The kant.sak is available with either a polycotton strap or a cotton strap.
